Thank you for your prayers in December and January! Here are some updates on the requests I sent in my last (short!) letter.
Winter Conference
Innovation staff members led workshops at all the Cru® winter conferences in December and January (I co-led the one in Indianapolis). We coached students through a process of designing their own fresh, new ways to connect people with Jesus. For the last few weeks, some of my teammates have been following up with students who submitted ideas to us after these workshops. We’re contacting them to ask how we can help them refine their ideas and test them on their campuses. Most of the students who responded said they want to run the same workshop on their campus to generate more ideas!
Institute of Biblical Studies
As usual, it was a joy to coach a group of 10 new Cru staff members in Bible Study Methods! Here’s an encouraging comment from the feedback survey:

Pray for Training Groups
Our team has been busy over the last few weeks conducting virtual innovation training for Destino®, a contextualized ministry within Cru for Latino students. To date we have five Destino teams going through the weekly training sessions, and I’m a facilitator for two of them. We love helping teams solve real-world problems using a Spirit-led, creative problem-solving process! Please pray that this training will help our staff members find solutions to ministry challenges.
